Our Auxey-Duresses white is rich and lively, its fruit always remaining round and persistent on the finish.

This is why it pairs so well with shrimp and fish in spicy sauces, well-simmered ratatouilles, and seafood gratins. Cheeses: the Gruyère family, blue-veined cheeses, and certain goat’s cheeses.
