BOURGOGNE Côte d'Or Pinot Noir 2024

Red Burgundy is the offspring of Pinot Noir (40% of Burgundy's grape varieties). Known by this

name since 1375 and native to Burgundy, this grape variety produces all the great red wines of Burgundy.

Fragile and jealously sought after, it requires very careful care during its growing season.

On the nose, the bouquet opens with a basket of small red and black fruits (strawberry, cherry, blackcurrant, blueberry). A juicy palate, this savory and vibrant wine with silky tannins will pair perfectly with meat pies, poultry, or even a pot-au-feu. Its delicacy even makes it the ideal partner for fish lovers. Its natural elegance predisposes it to roast veal, even tabbouleh, and hard cheeses such as Comté.
